Functionality
If you value your customers, don't hand them old-fashioned menus.
It is much more stimulating to look at pictures of the dishes than to struggle through descriptions.
How often have you looked into the perplexed faces of your customers because the dishes delivered unfortunately did not meet their expectations? This can no longer happen with a visual menu!
With the "Visual Menu" from Restaurant Advisor you are one big step ahead of your competition.
Give your customers a tablet instead of a paper menu. Customers can select the dishes they want. On the right side they get the overview and the price. After they have clicked on "Submit order", your employee will receive a message in the web application with an overview of the order. You can then start preparing the dishes.
Your customers can easily put their order together. The filter function enables your customers to either search specifically for a desired property (e.g. search for fish or veal) or to exclude an undesirable property (e.g. for customers who are lactose intolerant).
There are three different modes for viewing the dishes:
- Big pictures
- Small pictures
- List
Depending on whether the customer first wants to get an overview of all dishes or whether he/she wants to enjoy the pictures.
In the two modes in which the images are not already shown in large format, they can of course also be enlarged by clicking on the button with the magnifying glass.
Languages
The application is available in 3 languages:
- German
- English
- French
To support customers in different languages, you can select the language for the application in the first form where you also select the table where the customer is sitting. After that, both the application and the dishes are displayed in the selected language - provided you have selected this language in the restaurant definition and entered both the category and dish definitions in this language.
