Online reservation

Your customers can reserve a table with you directly from their smartphone or from their computer.

After the customer has found your restaurant (in the web application or in the Android application on the smartphone), he will find a link "Reserve table" in the details. The customer then has to enter

  • date and time,
  • number of people as well as
  • name, address and telephone number of a point of contact.

 

You will receive a message in the web application. You can then accept or decline the reservation. The customer will receive a notification by email.

This makes your work a lot easier, especially in the current times. You no longer have to record data from new customers in order to comply with the CoVid-19 rules.
