

Restaurant Advisor (Android smartphone)
Functionality
Your customers can install the Android application "Restaurant Advisor" on their smartphone. You can use it to search for restaurants, order dishes online or reserve a table.
Restaurant search
To search for your restaurant, your customers can filter by type of restaurant, by name or by available menus. You can also specify whether to only find restaurants that are currently open or that allow online orders. The restaurants are always searched for in the vicinity of either the current position of the customer or the city entered. As a support in the current pandemic, you can also search specifically for restaurants that still offer pick-up of meals or even deliver meals.
In the result, in addition to a picture and the name, the distance and the rating are displayed.
In the details, the exact opening times, the exact address, your homepage, pictures of your restaurant and reviews of other customers are shown.
Menus
Customers can view the menus you have released.
If you use pdf menus, these will be displayed here (a general or, if desired, a weekday-specific menu).
if they use the visual menu, your customers can enjoy the pictures of your dishes and whet their appetite.
Online order
Your customers can easily put together their menu using the "Create order" button. By clicking on the "+" button or by double-clicking on the picture, the dish is added to the order. The number of dishes is shown next to the order icon. After clicking on the order symbol, an overview of the dishes is displayed. The customer can then send the order from here.
You will receive a notification in the web application. You can then confirm the order and enter a time when the dish will most likely be ready. The customers will then receive an email with this time.
Online reservation
There is also a "Reserve a table" button that your customers can use to reserve a table with you. To do this,
- Date and time,
- Number of people and
- Name, address and telephone number of the contact person
must be entered. You will receive a notification in the web application. You can then confirm or decline the reservation. The customers will be informed of their decision by email.
Favorites
Your customers can also save their favorite restaurants as favorites. Then you have direct access to your menus and you don't always have to search for your restaurant.
Order in the restaurant
If you want this, it is also possible for your customers to order from you in the restaurant using their own smartphone.
To do this, you have to put up signs with QR signs on your tables, which you can order from us. The customers can then scan the QR code and start ordering directly.
